Developer’s note: We felt like Froglights needed some more love, so we created a variety of colors, blocks, and crafting recipes for an amazing block.

FroglightsReimagined, colorful lighting for Minecraft

FroglightsReimagined is a Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that expands the vanilla froglight system with 16 additional froglight blocks and 16 matching froglight lanterns. It keeps their familiar luminous function while giving builders a broader palette for interiors, paths, façades, and themed bases.

The mod also adds crafting recipes for every froglight, including vanilla variants, and lets players recolor crafted lights interchangeably with dyes or materials. This makes decorative lighting easier to plan in survival and especially useful on a creative Minecraft server.
