EnvironmentZ is a Fabric mod for Minecraft Java Edition that makes survival depend on the surrounding climate. Biome temperature, time of day, altitude, rain, water, shade, nearby blocks, and equipment all influence the player’s body temperature and wetness.

Cold conditions can cause debuffs, shaking, and freezing damage, while excessive heat may blur vision and drain hunger or hydration when paired with Dehydration. Players can adapt with campfires, heated stones, suitable armor, insulation, cooling effects, and custom datapack settings.
