Elytra Drag, precise aerial braking

Elytra Drag is a Fabric mod that gives elytra flight a practical air brake. While gliding on a Minecraft server, hold the Sneak key to reduce speed or stop, making turns, approaches, and landings easier to control. Activating drag also cancels any active firework rocket propulsion, so you can brake immediately after a boost.

The mod adds a special wing animation and limits fall distance while braking, helping reduce damage from high velocity landings. Server side configuration lets you adjust drag strength, the fall distance cap, and the minimum speed required.
