Domestication Innovation, Better Minecraft Companions

Domestication Innovation is a Minecraft mod that makes tamed creatures more useful, engaging, and reliable during everyday play. It improves vanilla pets and extends many benefits to compatible tameable mobs from other mods, encouraging players to bring companions on adventures instead of leaving them at home. Wolves, cats, parrots, axolotls, rabbits, and foxes can use Wander, Stay, and Follow behaviors, while attacks can pass through friendly pets unless you are sneaking.

The mod also adds pet beds, helpful blocks and items, expanded taming options, and a Pet Enchanting system with abilities that strengthen or specialize companions. On a Minecraft server, these features create more meaningful teamwork between players and pets.
