Diet, a Customizable Nutrition Mod

Diet is a Java Edition mod that adds a food group based nutrition system to Minecraft. Foods contribute to categories such as fruits, grains, vegetables, proteins, and sugars, while each group gains value when consumed and gradually declines as hunger is used. This encourages players to vary their meals instead of relying on a single food.

Designed for Fabric, Forge, and Quilt, Diet lets modpack creators customize groups, food classifications, colors, values, and decay rates.
