DEUF Refabricated is a Fabric mod that addresses duplicated UUIDs assigned to Minecraft entities. These conflicts can produce constant server log warnings, invisible or duplicated creatures and objects, and, in some cases, crashes during gameplay or chunk loading.

The mod corrects UUID issues when entities spawn, helping keep a Minecraft server cleaner and more stable. It can run on the server alone, making it useful for multiplayer setups and modpacks. Existing duplicated entities are not repaired automatically, so the mod mainly prevents new occurrences.
