Dehydration is a Fabric mod that adds thirst to survival Minecraft. Alongside the usual hunger bar, you must monitor a new hydration bar and drink regularly to remain effective during exploration, mining, and combat. Water, drinks, and selected foods help restore hydration, while neglecting this need can lead to negative effects and make long journeys more dangerous.

The mod adds practical items such as leather flasks and water bowls, plus purified water created with special cauldrons. Hydration values can also be customized through datapacks, giving modpack creators useful control. Designed for client and server play, it brings extra planning to any Minecraft server.
