Decorative Blocks is a lightweight Minecraft Java Edition mod focused on giving builders more visual variety without changing progression. This archived project adds atmospheric blocks such as bonfires, braziers, chandeliers, thatch, wooden palisades, beams, supports, stone pillars, lattices, bar panels, rocky dirt, large climbable chains, and wooden seats.
Its additions suit interiors, villages, fortifications, and medieval themed builds, while some blocks offer small interactions, including sitting, climbing, lighting, or soul fire variants. Designed for client and server use, it supported Fabric, Forge, NeoForge, and Quilt across older releases, mainly for Minecraft 1.19.2 and 1.20.1. It is no longer maintained, but our BoxToPlay team considers it a simple option for a decorative Minecraft server.
