Carpeted Stairs & Slabs is a small Java Edition decoration and utility mod that lets players place any carpet on top of stairs and slabs. It supports every carpet, stair, and slab combination, including blocks added by other mods, giving builders more freedom for interiors, themed rooms, seating areas, and detailed pathways.
The mod adds only one block and works naturally in single player and multiplayer environments. Place a carpet on an upward facing stair to create a carpeted step, then break the block normally to remove it. Compatible with Fabric and Forge for Minecraft versions 1.19.1 through 1.20.1, it is a practical addition to any Minecraft server.
