Allurement, a richer Minecraft enchanting system

Allurement is a Java Edition mod by Team Abnormals that expands Minecraft’s enchantment system without abandoning its familiar style. It introduces tactical effects for weapons, armor, crossbows, boots, and durable gear, while also making horse armor enchantable and adjusting several vanilla enchantments.

Its options encourage different combat approaches: Launch sends enemies upward, Reeling pulls targets closer, Shockwave damages nearby foes after a fall, Reforming slowly restores durability, and Vengeance stores part of incoming damage for a counterattack. Curses can also make dropped items move away or float upward. On a Minecraft server, our BoxToPlay setup gives progression and gear choices more variety.
