Aether Addon: Enhanced Extinguishing is a focused Java Edition mod addon for The Aether, designed to make fire behavior in the dimension more consistent. Since flames are not allowed there, placing a torch or lantern normally fails. This addon changes that interaction by converting each one into an Extinguished Torch or Extinguished Lantern.
These variants keep the familiar appearance while showing no flame and producing no light. Breaking them returns the lit counterpart, matching the behavior of campfires and candles.
