Potted Farms is a Minecraft datapack for Java Edition that turns simple pots into compact automated farms. Place a pot containing a sapling or another supported growable above a hopper, then add an item frame with an axe to create a harvesting station. Connected hoppers collect the resulting resources, making this system practical for a survival Minecraft server.

Harvesting speed depends on the axe material, while durability decreases as the farm works, without destroying the tool. Enchantments such as Unbreaking, Mending, and Silk Touch add flexibility.
