UHCRun is a Spigot plugin that turns Ultra Hardcore into a compact Minecraft server minigame lasting about 30 minutes. It creates a dedicated game world where players gather resources, prepare for combat, and fight to be the last survivor or team standing.

The plugin supports up to 12 teams, team chat, preparation speed boosts, reduced strength potions, spectator mode after death, and reconnect handling during matches. Configurable preparation and PvP phases, visible world border information, teleport signs, permissions, and BungeeCord support make it practical for organized events.
