ScheduledAnnouncer is a lightweight Bukkit plugin that automatically broadcasts messages to players on a Minecraft server at regular intervals. Administrators can maintain a list of announcements, display them in sequence or random order, and temporarily enable or disable the system.

Messages support color codes and line breaks, while commands allow staff to add, remove, list, edit, or broadcast announcements directly in game. The plugin also includes a configurable prefix, a MOTD message, permission controls, and the option to execute commands through announcements.
