Party Room, RuneScape style drop parties

Party Room is a Minecraft server plugin that recreates the excitement of RuneScape’s Falador Party Room. Players place rewards in a special party chest, then anyone with permission can activate a nearby lever to release balloons. Participants pop them to receive a random selection of the deposited items, with chances influenced by how full the chest is.

The system supports automatic events without manual resetting, configurable balloon blocks, announcements, delays, drop areas, item blacklists, and optional costs through Vault and an economy plugin.
