FlyNoKill, balanced flight on a Minecraft server

FlyNoKill is an old Bukkit plugin designed to limit combat advantages created by player flight. When a player using flight attacks another player or a mob, the plugin removes flying, helping keep survival encounters and PvP more fair without disabling flight for building or administration. It is especially useful on a Minecraft server where some ranks can use flight but should not combine it with combat.

The plugin also applies a cooldown before flight can be used again, discouraging repeated aerial attacks and reducing abuse. FlyNoKill was released for legacy Bukkit versions, including Minecraft 1.6.4. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for classic servers seeking a simple, focused flight control tool.
