BigDig is a classic CraftBukkit plugin that makes large scale excavation faster and more manageable on a Minecraft server. Instead of removing blocks one at a time, players can define the width and depth of the area they want to dig, making long corridors and spacious tunnels far less tedious.

The plugin also offers automatic lighting with torches or glowstone, configurable block drops, tool restrictions, fuel consumption, and optional railway construction with adjustable track length and booster spacing.
