Developer’s note: Allows many item types that don't stack to 64 to stack higher, without breaking the game balance too much

Stacking Items, Minecraft Datapack

Stacking Items is a utility datapack for Minecraft Java Edition that expands stack limits for many items that normally stop at 16 or cannot stack at all. Items without durability receive more practical limits, with former 16 item stacks reaching 64 and formerly single items reaching 16. This can include boats, beds, buckets, minecarts, saddles, potions, and enchanted books, helping players carry supplies more efficiently.

Designed for convenience without radically changing progression, it reduces inventory clutter while preserving a familiar survival experience. It suits a Minecraft server focused on smoother storage and exploration, and our BoxToPlay team considers it a simple quality of life improvement.
