[SBW] Tactical Stuff Armor Compatibility

This Minecraft datapack connects Tactical Stuff armor with the armor mechanics of Superb Warfare, giving tactical vests a more complete role in combat. In the standard setup, a Tactical Stuff vest accepts only one armor plate, while this compatibility layer raises the limit to two plates.

Designed for Minecraft 1.20.1, it requires both the Superb Warfare and Tactical Stuff mods, and its change applies to chest armor only.
