[SBW] Brimm Armors compatibility

This Minecraft datapack connects Brimm Armors, Tactical Military Armors, with the armor plate system from Superb Warfare. Designed for Minecraft 1.20.1, it improves compatibility on a Forge based Minecraft server by letting Brimm Armors chest armor use two plates instead of the default single plate limit. The change applies only to chest armor, giving tactical vests more room for customization and helping military loadouts work naturally alongside SBW gameplay.
