No More Charcoal changes the furnace recipe for wood logs in Minecraft Java Edition. Instead of producing charcoal, smelted logs yield regular coal, creating a simpler and more useful fuel system for survival gameplay.
This small adjustment reduces inventory clutter because coal stacks with mined coal, can be compressed into coal blocks, and remains available for villager trading. It works on a Minecraft server and supports several releases between 1.20.3 and 1.21.10.
