OTG Backpack is a modular add on that expands survival inventory without slowing exploration. Players progress through Basic, Copper, Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite tiers, unlocking more capacity and useful systems. The top tier provides 126 slot Netherite storage and supports the Overpack module for another 126 slots, while fluid tanks and portable workstations keep crafting, smelting, brewing, and enchanting close at hand.

Optional modules add magnet collection, void filtering, stockpile storage, auto sorting, furnace support, and movement or combat bonuses.
