Inspired by Hades, Dark Souls and DOOM Eternal, TREPIDATION turns Minecraft into a horror roguelike and roguelite focused on speedrunning. You spawn in the Nether with a relentless timer, then climb vertically stacked realms such as the Erebus, the Surface and the Mind’s Abyss until you reach the End and slay the Ender Dragon before time runs out. Each layer delivers advanced enemy AI, brutal bosses and constant psychological tension. A fast movement system with dashes, double jumps and wall climbing rewards mechanical mastery, while long term perks, gear sets and a large skill tree deepen each run.
