ToolRemains, recover materials when tools break

ToolRemains is a Bukkit plugin for a Minecraft server that adds a small recovery mechanic to tool durability. When a pickaxe, axe, shovel, or another supported tool reaches the end of its life, the plugin gives players a chance to receive some of the raw materials used to craft it. This creates a gentler resource loop without removing the importance of durability management.
