Fake Lag is a Minecraft datapack that makes a world feel unstable, even when the Minecraft server is running normally. At random moments, players cannot break blocks, dropped items cannot be picked up, entities stop moving or making sounds, and movement may shift to nearby locations. Damage from drowning, fire, and freezing is also prevented while the effect is active.
When the false lag ends, the environment returns to normal, including the sun’s previous position. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for playful surprises, multiplayer challenges, and chaotic moments with friends.
