FakeSeed, the plugin that hides your server seed

FakeSeed is a lightweight Minecraft plugin for Java Edition that masks a server’s real world seed with a false value. Its purpose is to prevent players from using the seed to reproduce terrain, locate structures, or gain information through external analysis tools, helping preserve a fairer multiplayer experience without changing the generated world itself.

Designed for Bukkit, Paper, and Spigot, FakeSeed supports Minecraft 1.20.x, 1.21.x, 26.1, and 26.2 according to its published compatibility information. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for survival servers where exploration and discovery should remain player driven.
