BlockShips, mobile ships for Minecraft servers

BlockShips is a server plugin for Minecraft Java Edition that lets players build custom ships or airships from permitted blocks, then pilot them across oceans or through the sky. Add a ship’s wheel, assemble the structure, and turn a stationary build into a rideable craft with physics based movement.

Using display entities, the plugin renders blocks smoothly, including non grid aligned rotations, without requiring client side mods or resource packs. Configurable density influences buoyancy and airship lift, while collision mechanics add weight and impact to navigation. BlockShips is an alpha project for Paper and Purpur, ideal for creative transportation and exploration on a Minecraft server. BoxToPlay makes its server experience easy to enjoy.
