WhosThere is a legacy Bukkit plugin that improves player management on a Minecraft server with practical information commands. Players with the right permissions can view everyone currently online, while staff members can search names using partial text and display a dedicated staff list.

The /whois command provides details about a selected player, including first and last activity, while administrators may also access the player’s location and IP address.
