StaffTickets is a lightweight Bukkit plugin that turns player help requests into manageable tickets on a Minecraft server. It monitors chat for configurable trigger words, saves matching messages, and lets staff review them through the /ticket command. An open ticket counter gives the team a quick overview of pending requests, while optional file storage keeps ticket records available for later consultation.

The plugin can also work alongside Essentials’ helpop command and lets staff view a player’s saved tickets. Built for the legacy Bukkit ecosystem, with a listed Minecraft 1.7.2 release, it is best suited to older server setups.
