RailSwitcher, a practical rail editing plugin

RailSwitcher is a Bukkit plugin for a Minecraft server that makes rail construction and maintenance more flexible. By right clicking a placed rail with shears or the same rail type, players can rotate its direction, while holding another rail lets them replace it with a normal, powered, detector, or activator rail.

Permissions separate rotation and swapping, while administrators can reload configuration or choose the rotation tool. The plugin also supports rail connections on various blocks and includes protection plugin compatibility. Its published files support Minecraft 1.18.2 and several earlier versions.
