CapsGuard, CAPS Message Protection

CapsGuard is an old Bukkit plugin designed to keep chat readable by blocking messages that contain too many capital letters. Its detection threshold can be adjusted by percentage, while short messages, selected words, or specific phrases may be ignored through configuration.

Beyond blocking, CapsGuard can convert excessive capitals to lowercase, display customizable notices, filter listed words, and provide permission based bypasses. Staff members can receive alerts when capitalization or blocked words are detected, and the /cg reload command refreshes settings.
