Private Chat, private channels for friends

Private Chat is a Bukkit plugin that adds invite only discussion spaces to a Minecraft server. Players can create channels with custom names, invite friends, assign channel roles, and appoint moderators who can remove disruptive members. Messages remain visible only to channel participants, making coordination for builds, survival trips, or events much clearer than public chat.

The plugin supports several channels at once, customizable colors and formats, join and leave notices, plus dedicated staff communication. Authorized administrators can communicate across channels or monitor them when needed. At BoxToPlay, we see it as a practical way to give every group a more organized, private social space.
