PowerfulBans, complete punishment control

PowerfulBans is a Bukkit plugin for Minecraft 1.8 that gives server staff a broader toolkit for managing disruptive players. It supports permanent and temporary bans, IP bans, kicks, mutes, warnings, and unban actions, with commands for checking individual records and viewing ban lists.

It also includes configurable command restrictions, whitelist controls, and a jail system with teleportation and escape prevention areas. Permission nodes help separate responsibilities among moderators.
