PlayerSkinChanger, Server Side Skin Changes

PlayerSkinChanger is an old Bukkit plugin that lets players change their visible Minecraft skin and the name displayed above their character, without requiring a client mod. On a Minecraft server, the command /psc <skin> <name> applies the selected username and display name, provided the player has the playerskinchanger.use permission.

The plugin relies on ProtocolLib and was designed for CraftBukkit 1.7.9 era servers. Players cannot see their own updated skin, although other players can. Compatibility with Spigot is uncertain, so this lightweight utility is best suited to legacy setups.
