Password Log On is a lightweight authentication plugin for a Spigot based Minecraft server running in offline mode, with support from Minecraft 1.14 onward. It gives each player a personal password, helping prevent another person from joining under the same username and accessing their progress.

Until authentication succeeds, movement and actions are restricted, while configurable protection helps prevent accidental deaths. Players can return to their last logout position after signing in, including across multiple worlds and dimensions. Passwords can be set or changed with simple commands. At BoxToPlay, this plugin adds a practical security layer without requiring anything on the player’s client.
