LapisPortals is a Java server plugin that adds an immersive teleportation system without commands to a Minecraft server. Players build portal frames from lapis lazuli blocks, place a door, then connect destinations through matching chest contents or a frequency block, depending on the version.

It supports paired portals and global portals that can replace routine home or spawn commands. Optional permissions and Vault economy integration let owners control access and travel costs, while delay, lightning, particles, sounds, and nausea effects are configurable.
