EmergencyDowntime, emergency maintenance for a Minecraft server

EmergencyDowntime is a Bukkit plugin that gives administrators a quick way to place a Minecraft server in emergency mode while rebuilding, repairing, or investigating a problem. Full downtime removes non operator players and blocks them from joining, while operators and users with the exemption permission can remain online.

Its commands also offer partial downtime, which blocks new non operator connections without kicking current players, plus build restriction, mass kick, status checks, timed actions, and persistence after reloads. Kick and notification messages are configurable, including Minecraft color codes. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a practical control tool for safer server maintenance.
