ChunkyVillage

ChunkyVillage is a legacy Bukkit plugin that turns a Minecraft server into a social and political sandbox. Working with the Chunky plugin, it lets players create towns led by mayors, manage residents and assistants, buy or sell land, and collect adjustable taxes.

Its influence system determines a town’s size and power, while alliances, rivalries, elections, and temporary war tools add a strong government and conflict layer. Cannons and rollback mechanics support organized battles without permanently destroying territory. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it mainly for historic server projects, since its last listed release dates from October 21, 2011.
