BuildPortals is a Minecraft server plugin that lets players create linked teleportation portals across multiple worlds without relying on commands. Players construct a Nether style frame, using Emerald Blocks by default, then place matching activator blocks such as Redstone, Gold, or Diamond Blocks along the portal’s base. When two complete portals are detected, the plugin opens the connection and turns their interiors into air, creating a practical travel route.
