This Minecraft datapack connects the Combat Gear armor mod with Superb Warfare’s armor plate system, correcting a compatibility gap in tactical equipment. Designed for Minecraft 1.20.1, it lets Combat Gear chest armor use up to two plates instead of the single plate allowed by default. The datapack requires both Superb Warfare and Combat Gear, making it a focused support addition for military themed modpacks.
In version 1.1, the GIGN chestplate is treated as heavy military gear and can support up to three plates. The change affects chest armor only, adding more meaningful protection during firefights and survival missions on a Minecraft server.
