World Events, Dynamic Events for Minecraft Servers

World Events is a Java plugin for Paper, Purpur, and Spigot that brings variety and unpredictability to a Minecraft server. Its engine includes more than 100 ready made events covering weather, combat, mining, farming, horror, physics, rewards, and gameplay rules. Players may encounter meteor showers, empowered mobs, XP boosts, treasure hunts, supply drops, special weather, or temporary Keep Inventory effects.

Administrators can schedule random or simultaneous events, then adjust durations, conditions, rewards, sounds, weights, messages, and effects through the in game editor or YAML files. Support for WorldGuard, GriefPrevention, Towny, Lands, Vault, PlaceholderAPI, ItemsAdder, Nexo, MythicMobs, Floodgate, and LuckPerms adds flexibility. BoxToPlay recommends it for servers compatible with Minecraft 1.20.1–26.2.x that want more active gameplay.
