TerraBlenderFix is a Minecraft performance mod for Java Edition that addresses an inefficiency in TerraBlender’s Surface Rule API. It changes how surface rules are processed during terrain generation, helping reduce unnecessary work while chunks are created and improving the experience on a modded Minecraft server.
Available for Fabric, Forge, and NeoForge on Minecraft 1.20.1, 1.21, and 1.21.1, it supports server environments and singleplayer. This solution is essentially a technical workaround, so compatibility should be considered. Some mods may generate incorrect surfaces, while Regions Unexplored requires version 0.5.6 or newer. Our BoxToPlay team recommends using it when world generation performance is a priority.
