Chairz, functional seats for a Minecraft server

Chairz is a lightweight Bukkit plugin that turns stair blocks into usable chairs, adding a simple sitting feature without changing the appearance of builds. Players right click a stair with a configurable item, set by default to an iron axe, to take a seat. The plugin supports any stair block and can use an empty hand instead when its item setting is configured accordingly.

Designed for social hubs, roleplay areas, and decorative interiors, Chairz makes houses and public spaces feel more interactive. It is an old project, last released for Bukkit 1.5.1 and no longer maintained. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a legacy option for a compatible Minecraft server.
