Fortification is a legacy Bukkit plugin that expands Minecraft’s redstone gameplay with defensive mechanisms designed especially for player versus player servers. It gives defenders practical ways to secure bases, control access, and create automated protection systems, while many features also support everyday building and utility projects.

The plugin can connect with Factions and Towny to apply relationship based filters to selected redstone devices, distinguishing allies from intruders. Optional Vault integration can assign an economic cost to mechanisms, while permissions provide control over who may use them.
