UltimateLandClaim is a land protection plugin for Paper Minecraft servers that gives players two claiming modes. CHUNK mode claims an entire 16 by 16 chunk with a simple action, while FREE mode uses golden shovel style corner selection to create precise rectangular areas. Administrators can switch modes without losing existing claims.

The plugin protects blocks, containers, doors, redstone, and more, with optional controls for PvP, explosions, and mob damage. A four level trust system manages player access, while playtime based claim blocks, particle borders, WorldGuard, Towny, PlaceholderAPI, and multilingual configuration support a versatile server experience.
