Subterranea, a Deeper Minecraft Server World

Subterranea is a Bukkit world generator that reshapes Minecraft’s vanilla terrain for a predominantly underground survival experience. It reverses the usual balance between open sky and underground space, creating worlds with 192 layers below sea level and 64 layers above. The result is a much deeper setting for mining, exploration, and subterranean construction.

The generator preserves familiar vanilla features, including villages, temples, trees, caves, ores, lakes, and lava, while offering optional underground biomes, rare silverfish colonies, and compatibility with Giant Caves and Multiverse.
