Developer’s note: A plugin to store informations about your players when they die, such as their inventory, death cause and location.

DeathLogger, detailed death records for your Minecraft server

DeathLogger is a Spigot plugin that records useful information whenever a player dies. It can save the player’s name, death location, time, inventory, and death message, creating a reliable history for staff and moderation.

Stored records use JSON and can be reviewed through commands or a graphical interface. Administrators can browse player death histories, inspect inventories from before death, and refund items when appropriate. With permission support through LuckPerms or another permissions plugin, DeathLogger gives every Minecraft server clearer oversight after accidents, combat losses, or unexpected incidents. At BoxToPlay, we recommend it for communities that want practical recovery tools without changing normal gameplay.
