Space, a Minecraft plugin for vacuum survival

Space transforms selected worlds on a Minecraft server into hazardous space environments. The plugin checks whether players are protected inside a ship or enclosed structure, then applies suffocation effects when they are exposed to the vacuum. Players can use a carved pumpkin, chain helmet, or glass block as a space helmet, while breathing sounds add atmosphere.

Server owners can configure exposure distance, damage, checking mode, death messages, falling speed, jumping effects, block physics, and world specific behavior. WorldGuard regions can also be exempted from space effects. At BoxToPlay, we present it as a focused roleplay and survival tool for space stations, void builds, and high risk exploration, compatible with Minecraft 1.9 through 1.15.
