This mod allows addition of dialogue to any object (NPCs, blocks, and entities) using a new item, the Red Quill. No commands and no code, simply right click while holding a Red Quill to create or view a dialogue.

How to add Red Quill to your Minecraft server
Select your version
Select the version of Red Quill you want installed on your Minecraft server.
