Geyser, Java and Bedrock Connectivity

Geyser is a bridge and proxy that translates network data between Minecraft: Bedrock Edition and Minecraft: Java Edition. It lets players on mobile devices, consoles, and Windows Bedrock join a compatible Java based Minecraft server, while Java players continue using their usual client. Geyser can run as a server plugin, a mod on supported platforms, or a standalone proxy, depending on the server setup.

Because the two editions use different protocols and game behaviors, a few visual or gameplay differences may remain. Floodgate can complement Geyser by allowing Bedrock players to authenticate with Bedrock accounts. At BoxToPlay, we value this practical way to bring more players together.
